This was the dream dress for a dream event!! I was part of the animation team on the documentary "Mary J Blige's My Life", and I was invited to the premiere in New York City. If you know MJB, you know about her iconic fashion sense. I wanted to find a dress that fit a blue/gold color scheme that was fun, flattering, and FANCY enough to celebrate in honor of the queen of hip hop soul. The seller, Lauren, went above and beyond to deliver the dress in brand new condition on short notice--and her brilliant knack for finding pieces with flair shows. I attached a comparison pic of myself and MJB. I wish I can say that we coordinated our outfits together, but nope, we were just in sync that night.
