Since quarantine started and feeling a strong need to create community on her otherwise quiet street, Winnie’s been spoiling her neighbors with homemade masks and toilet paper left on their doorstep. Both parts funny and kind. Her efforts didn’t go unnoticed, as some returned the favor in the form of trinkets, cards, or flowers. Others paid it forward. In hopes of spreading a little love this season, with everything going on, the thoughtful neighbor got the idea to go caroling to each house on the street….by herself. Winnie is notoriously an awful singer. Like, dogs howling kind of bad. But, to her, it doesn’t matter. The thought of dressing up and surprising her fellow neighbors with a little diddy, sounds fun. Plus, it’s a reason to get out of the house.
